*Why do we call our goat tallow grain-free, but not grass-fed? Goats are foragers, mainly on leaves. While they will eat some grass at various times of the year it is not their main diet. And so the farmer in me can’t call them ‘grass-fed’. It’s a technicality really. But there you have it!
